JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within Support and Service, you work with individuals who have decisions according to the law and support and service (LSS). As staff, you provide support and service based on each individual's needs and implementation plan. The work includes, among other things:

• Supporting users in their daily lives and activities
• Working for self-determination, participation, and security
• Providing care and social support
• Documenting according to applicable legislation
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other stakeholders
• Contributing to a safe, secure, and developing environment for users

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience working in support and service, LSS
• The ability to work empathetically and see the individual's abilities rather than obstacles
• Good collaboration skills and a professional and loyal approach

Meritorious

• Education in care and support
• Education or experience in pedagogical activities
• Experience working in care and support
• Competence in alternative and augmentative communication, motivational interviewing, psychiatry, and/or the disability field
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches
• Personal qualities
